Overages: $0.04 per actual SMS segment and $0.003 per email recipient ($3 per 1,000). Included units reset each subscription month; purchased credit carries forward. Taxes and agreed optional setup are additional.

Each location uses its own allowance; units are not pooled. A location using 1,250 SMS segments and 12,000 outgoing emails incurs $10 in SMS overages and $6 in email overages: $16 deducted from the organization’s prepaid balance, before tax.
Optional setup is quoted by scope and shown separately in your agreement. Clinics can decline paid setup. Request your rollout quote.
New rates apply to newly accepted agreements. Provider setup, verified usage tracking and owner activation are required before metered billing begins.

How are multiple locations priced?
The first clinic location is $499/month. Each additional physical location under the same organization is $399/month. Two locations cost $898; three cost $1,297. Each location receives its own full messaging allowance for a paid subscription month.
What messaging is included?
Each paid location includes 1,000 SMS segments and 10,000 provider-accepted outgoing email recipients per subscription month. Overages deduct $0.04 per actual provider-billed SMS segment and $0.003 per outgoing email recipient ($3 per 1,000) from the prepaid messaging balance. Unicode and long texts may use several segments. Push delivery has no messaging-wallet unit charge.
Do unused units and prepaid credit roll over?
Included units reset at renewal and do not roll over or pool between locations. Purchased messaging credit carries forward. Mid-period additions receive a prorated allowance. Each message is attributed once to its sending product and location.
What if I also use Vela?
Vela is a separate $599 per-clinic monthly subscription with its own 1,000 SMS and 10,000 email allowance. FlowMedix can reuse your verified company card, while the products keep separate prepaid balances and usage records. The same message is not billed in both products.
What is white-glove setup?
It is optional implementation help. For one clinic location the standard one-time fee is $499; two or more locations and custom migration are quoted to the rollout scope. The signed agreement records the exact services, price, milestones and start dates before payment. Clinics may decline paid setup and handle setup themselves.
How do I get started and update my card?
Start with a demo, then review your services, dates and exact pricing in the protected FlowMedix contract portal. After acceptance, enter your company card for membership and authorized wallet funding. Owners can update the card and view company billing from their clinic settings. Wallet automatic recharge requires separate explicit authorization.
Can I cancel?
The standard membership is month-to-month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; ordinary membership cancellations do not receive prorated refunds, except where required by applicable law. Purchased credit, valid accrued charges and any optional setup reconciliation follow your signed terms.
